Free Postage by Sendle(most areas) or Australia Post(remote areas). 
Estimate delivery from 2-8 business days;
Generally, 7-16 business days apply for remote areas.

Express Shipping
Takes AUD $15 shipping cost
Estimate Delivery from 1-4 business days;
Generally 3-7 business days apply for remote areas.

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, NSW warehouse.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to Hong Kong and the United States (54 states and territories). Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

● Economy Express: 3 to 7 business days (Delivered from our Bonded Warehouse, Guangzhou).
● Australia Post (Standard & Express): Rates are calculated at checkout based on your exact address, order weight, and dimensions.
● Free Shipping: Available on orders of $100.00 USD and over! (Economy Express, 3 to 7 business days via Guangzhou Bonded Warehouse).

Including US Customs & Tariffs Fee: A flat fee of $35.58 USD applies to cover reciprocal tariffs and the minimum $33.58 US Customs MPF (Merchandise Processing Fee). Please note: State sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer and must be reported/paid locally.

Products & Ingredients

Yes, our products are cruelty-free. Many are vegan-friendly — check individual product pages for details.

Expiry dates are printed on the bottom of the bottle or packaging. Products typically have a 24-month shelf life and are best used within 6 months of opening.

Our formulas are dermatologically tested, but we recommend patch-testing before first use.

Each product page includes a full ingredient list.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase. If we can’t resolve the issue, you can return the product for a full refund.

For health and safety reasons, returned products are not resold. We encourage customers to consider the environmental impact before returning.
